300 SPARTAN WORKOUT

MENS 300 WORKOUT

  • 25 Pull ups. Disengage the lats for judging. Hands any way you want.
  • 50 Deadlifts. Down and up. Lock the hips. 135 lbs.
  • 50 Push ups.
  • 50 Box jumps. Off bench press. Jump up but can jump down or step down.
  • 50 Floor Wipers. Hold the bench press. Legs straight out. Touch far side of racked bar, return to start, then go opposite side. Each side is one rep.
  • 50 bench press 135 lbs. lock out at top. Chest touch.
  • 1-arm Clean & Press 35 lb dumbbell. 25 reps each side. DB touches ground on each rep.
  • 25 Pull ups.

WOMENS 300 WORKOUT

  • 5 Pull ups. Disengage the lats for judging. Hands any way you want.
  • 30 Deadlifts. Down and up. Lock the hips. 65 lbs.
  • 20 Push ups.
  • 25 Box jumps. Off bench press. Jump up but can jump down or step down.
  • 20 Floor wipers. Hold the bench press. Legs straight out. Touch far side of racked bar, return to start, then go opposite side.
  • 20 bench press 45 lbs. lock out at top. Chest touch.
  • 1-arm Clean & Press 15 lb. dumbbell. 20 reps each side. DB touches ground on each rep.
  • 5 Pull ups.
