NOT ENOUGH TIME TO EXERCISE

Dan Candland could have justified to himself that he was too busy but he didn't.

“…I was really busy with a college class that I was taking (on top of my job as a Software Test Engineer at CDG/Boeing) in an effort to finish getting my college degree in Computer Science.”

“I hope that anyone reading this will get motivated from my successes to make some changes in their own life, for the better! Stop making excuses, surely you’re not as busy as a guy who works 45-50 hours per week at a desk job and is a full-time college student at night. Quit making excuses, get off of your rusty-dusty and get into Pure Fitness gym and with a physical trainer today!"

Solution- Pure Fitness knows how busy life has become in our age of increasing speed. The key to having time for anything in your life is identifying where it fits in amongst your individual priorities. Once these priorities are defined, now we do not pretend that members are going to put “Pure Fitness” as their number one priority over “work” or “school” or “family” but once you establish your individual priorities you can find the right place for exercise.  If you truly grasp the positive effects that fitness has on all those other areas though, it won’t be far behind.  We do on the other hand recognize the inflexible nature of many of your other priorities and make our clubs available to you around the clock Monday through Friday.  If you have never tried it working out first thing in the morning will give you a different perspective on the rest of the day.  Even if you aren’t a morning person try getting up earlier than usual and getting your workout in before the rest of the day’s responsibilities start piling up and you will be surprised at how much more energy you have throughout the day.
